Process Flow
Shouqianba Activation: On-site installation in Henan and nationwide online application
Many merchants assume opening an account is just "submitting documents," but bottlenecks often stem from rejected photos, name mismatches, or selecting the wrong account type. We've streamlined the process into four clear steps: Henan-based merchants receive in-store installation and training by our engineers, while out-of-province merchants get remote support via video with equipment shipped directly to their door. Both channels provide identical accounts and devices sourced through official, authentic channels.

Shouqianba is available for brick-and-mortar merchants. Please review the following requirements before applying.
Has a physical business location
A physical storefront, stall, or business premises is required. Applications from individuals without a business location cannot be processed. Mobile stalls are acceptable, provided you submit the stall lease agreement, an operation certificate issued by the management, or photos of the stall from multiple angles.
Settlement account information matches
Sole proprietorships may use the legal representative's personal savings account; enterprises must use a corporate bank account. If funds are deposited into an account not in the legal representative's name, a separate "Authorization Letter for Non-Legal Representative Account" is required. The account holder's name must exactly match the ID information.
Photo is clear and legible
Storefront photos must clearly show the signboard name. Interior photos should reflect actual business operations. License photos must have all four corners visible with no glare or obstructions. Photo rejection is the most common reason for application denial.
A business license is required in the following cases
- Merchant name must match the company name or license name
- No storefront signage; business type unidentifiable
- Gas stations / Education / Healthcare and other special industries
- Remote Account Opening
- Submit a stamped copy of your ID card as proof of identity for account opening.
If you're unsure which category you belong to, just call.18003715881, we will assess based on your actual situation.

Time & Settlement
How long does the review take, and when will the funds arrive?
The following are common scenarios; actual results are subject to official review outcomes and the terms of the signed agreement.
Review Duration
- When documents are complete and information is consistent, official review is typically fast, with most merchants approved on the same day or the next business day.
- Photos that are blurry, mismatched names, or incorrect account information will be rejected. Please provide the required updates and resubmit.
- Special industries or remote account opening scenarios undergo stricter verification, which may extend the processing time.
- We'll proactively monitor your review status so you don't have to keep checking.
Payment Method
- By default, funds are automatically settled and deposited to your linked bank card daily, including holidays.
- For faster settlement, you can apply for instant payout service. This service incurs additional fees according to official rules.
- The settlement account must match the information in your opening documents. To change accounts, submit a request through the official process.
- Transaction details and settlement records are available in the merchant dashboard for reconciliation.
Why don't we display specific fee amounts on the website?
Merchant rates are determined by the official authority based on merchant type, industry category, and business performance. Rates vary across merchants and may change as policies are updated. Reported figures circulating online often differ in methodology; displaying fixed rates on this site could lead to discrepancies with your actual signed agreement and cause confusion.
During onboarding, we'll clearly explain the applicable rates, service fee structures, and any waiver conditions item by item. All terms will be included in your signing agreement for your review before you submit.
Ready to submit?
Submit the activation application or call 18003715881 (WeChat same number). We will first verify that your materials are complete.
